Info Day 3: Brussels
3rd March 2010
The third and final FAMILYPLATFORM Info Day took place in Brussels, on the 2nd of March 2010.
Organised by COFACE and hosted at the European Economic and Social Committee, it aimed to generate support for the FAMILYPLATFORM and encourage participation of key stakeholders across northern and western Europe. In total, 41 participants from 12 countries attended.
With the majority of attendees coming from organisations representing European networks themselves, this was a great opportunity to demonstrate some of the initial features of the website and discuss initial expectation of the FAMILYPLATFORM project, and discuss some of the future challenges facing families in the EU.
